Rev. Facade of the Palazzo Venezia in Rome. Around, HAS AEDES . CONDIDIT . ANNO CHRISTI . M . CCCCLXV .
Bronze, 34 mm.

Foundation medal. Specimens of this version have been found in the foundations of the Palazzo Venezia, and the reverse inscription appears on the facade. From the obverse, it appears that the Palazzo was originally planned with Gothic-style windows.
