Object Description

402 THE REPENTANT MAGDALENE
The saint sits among overgrown boulders, facing right. Her bosom is covered by the locks of her hair and her lap is covered with a robe. She holds a crucifix in her left hand and meditates upon a skull lying upon her knee. At the left, an ointment jar.

Bronze 147 x 120 mm.

Italian influence is obvious.
